Dr. Jessica Däbritz

Dr. Jessica Däbritz, former Director-General, is an attorney who primarily handles civil law matters. She has been working for Fiedler, Zmija & Partner since the beginning of 2026.
For many years, she served in a leadership role at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, where she was entrusted with a wide range of national and EU legal responsibilities, most recently as head of the Department of Civil Protection and Crisis Management.
Dr. Jessica Däbritz completed her university studies, legal clerkship, and doctoral degree in Bochum, San Francisco, and Hanover. In addition to civil law, her areas of focus also included criminal law.
