Michael-Franz Pietzcker
Michael-Franz Pietzcker studied law and history at the universities of Tuebingen, Freiburg and Pisa. After working for the Institute for Foreign and International Private Law at the University of Freiburg, he joined up in 1995 with an international firm of lawyers in Berlin. He is a certified specialist lawyer for building and architectural law and is a notary since 2007.
Michael-Franz Pietzcker has been a part of Fiedler, Zmija & Partners since 2000 and became a partner of the firm in 2003. He represents Italian firms in Germany as well as German companies and private persons in Italy. He is a trusted lawyer for Italian institutions in Berlin. Furthermore, Michael-Franz Pietzcker is member of the working group for international law in the German Bar Association, and part-time chairman of an examination board for the first and second state law exam for the Law Students Examination Authority in Berlin and Brandenburg, as well as being part of the examination board for the notarial specialist exam of the Federal Council of Notaries.
Michael-Franz Pietzcker is holder of the Offizierskreuzes (Officer’s Cross) des Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana.
