Martin Stefanelli-Leis
Attorney Martin Stefanelli-Leis studied law at the Free University of Berlin. In the course of his studies, he deepened his knowledge of tenancy law, consumer private law, general terms and conditions law and insurance law.
During his legal clerkship he worked for the Berlin „State Office for Equal Treatment – against Discrimination“, as part of the Senate Administration for Justice, Consumer Protection and Anti-Discrimination, among others.
He also worked in the field of legal practice in anti-discrimination law, labour law and residence law. In addition, he worked for a civil law firm in Rome, Italy, focusing on family law and international child abduction law.
Martin Stefanelli-Leis joined Fiedler, Zmija & Partner as an attorney in 2020.
